1. How may I contact you?

2. What are your hours?
Our hours are normally Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. We are closed on court holidays.

3. Where are you located?

4. Are there any types of cases Martens + Associates | P.S. will not take?
Yes. Martens + Associates | P.S. does not accept any cases in criminal or family law. We do accept meritorious cases in these practice areas. Martens + Associates | P.S. reserves the right to not accept any case.

5. What is the cost of your services?
Martens + Associates | P.S. understands that the cost of litigation can be high, so we make every effort to keep our costs as low as possible while achieving our clients' desired results. Our hourly rate varies on a case-by-case basis. Occasionally, we do accept contingency-based payment agreements. Please feel free to contact us so we may assess your particular case.
